Terms of Sale
TTW Partners may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All our prices include V.A.T at 20.0% unless otherwise stated
and are always shown in UK pounds.
We always try to make sure that our prices are accurate, but as we are only human, we do occasionally make mistakes. In the event of a mistake a member of our customer services team will contact you within 24 hours.
Prices are frequently changed in order for us to remain competitive and we therefore reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Returns and Faulty Goods
No faulty or refund items should 'NOT' be returned without first contacting us and getting a 'Return Auth Number'. If you are returning a product to us, for whatever reason, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.
If you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation number. Outside of 28 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty, we are not responsible for goods that are returned to us past this time.
Please Note No goods from this site are sold on a trial basis.
Returns and Non Faulty
In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with your purchase
we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products.
Simply contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. The
following conditions apply:
- If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will either provide
a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible, after
the faulty goods have been returned to us.
- A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applicable if any
goods are returned incomplete or damaged (including but not
limited to damaged/missing retail packaging etc.).
- If your goods are not faulty, but you simply
do not want them, you have 7 days (Cooling-off period) from
the day of receipt of the goods to cancel the order and return
the Goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30
days of us receiving the unwanted goods.
- Returning of unwanted goods is the responsibility of the
Customer, otherwise collection costs of the unwanted goods
will be deducted from the refund.
- Postage and Packing charges are a separate contract and
are deemed as a service that has begun and has been completed
before the end of the 7 day cooling-off period and hence will
not be refunded.
Installed / Faulty Goods
If you buy a product from us that requires professional installation and for some reason this unit or parts become faulty. We are 'not responsible' for the installer to re visit the vehicle to assess the problem or for the cost for an installer to re install the faulty parts (labour costs).
- Is only used solely for order fulfilment and we won't use your information for any other purpose unless you specifically request that we contact you.
- On occasion we will notify those customers that opted to receive newsletters of product updates and special offers.
- We never give or sell your details to other agencies or companies.
- We operate in accordance with the data protection act.
